We understand that each shoot has its own unique requirements, and we are here to help. We have a team of experts that can help with bespoke solutions. If you do not see what you need, please contact us – the chances are, we have it or an alternative solution.

  • You can make an enquiry by completing the form below, by emailing hello@stmo.studio or by calling the studio on +44 1242 569 109. It is super simple and our team will guide you through the process.

  • Yes, but there is no need to worry – our team will set this up for you. Once you have accepted our quotation, we will request some information to get your account set up, after which we can confirm your booking. 

  • Our team are more than happy to help if you run into technical difficulties. You can call us on +44 1242 569 109 between 08:00 and 17:00, or for out of hours support please call +44 7885 434 649.

  • Collection is from our studio in Bishops Cleeve between 15:00 and 17:00 the day before your hire start date. We ask that you return the equipment to our studio before 11:00 on the day of your hire end date. Simply buzz at the door of our studio and our team will assist you.

  • Our team can deliver and collect equipment to locations within a 40-mile radius of Bishops Cleeve. Charges are based on distance, but there is a minimum charge of £50 each way which is added to your invoice.

  • We require anyone hiring equipment from us to have the appropriate cover for hiring-in property. The cover needed depends on the equipment being hired. If you do not have insurance, we can arrange temporary cover for you at an additional fee.

  • For any equipment returned damaged, or for any equipment that is lost, we would charge you the costs to either repair or replace the equipment. Once we have sent you an invoice for these costs, you will then be able to discuss this further with your insurer to make a claim. You can learn more about responsibility and liability in our terms and conditions.

  • We recommend Performance Film & Media Insurance as they often provide quick and easy insurance, and are very familiar with the industry. We also recommend Partners& and Towergate Insurance for short term cover.

  • We do, and we have an entire in-house team who can help. Let us know what assistance you need in your enquiry and we will include crew in your quotation.
